Saint Joseph Developments continues to expand its commercial development portfolio with a division including spaces for both retail and medical offices. In 2017, the red ribbon will be cut on a new 19,000 square foot dental and medical building in the growing community of Limoges, Ontario.
Saint Joseph Developments is continuing to build in Ottawa and numerous communities within Eastern Ontario, delivering an affordable solution to both renters and new home buyers. Whether they choose a multi-unit rental complex, townhome or single-family home for purchase, we strive to meet the needs of young, growing families in various communities.
In 2016, Saint Joseph Developments was selected as the developer for an exciting project in the Municipality of Nation and the community of Limoges. The project is a new state-of-the-art recreational complex with a 15,000 square foot recreation centre and an 80,000 square foot indoor sports dome. The complex will offer more than 35 sports and recreational activities while serving the needs of residents who require a large community hall for business functions and social events.
